Christmas Timetable
Last class for the year will follow the time table below and be on Monday the 23rd in Sydney.
I will be away on a family holiday and classes will not start back till after Australia day on Tuesday 27th Jan

ABOUT THE CLASSES
Classes are guided classes taught in the Ashtanga style. Classes are of a dynamic nature and people are encouraged to do what they are able with variations given to postures which may be found difficult.
​
The emphasis is on moving your body with your breath where the focus is to maintaining the quality of the breath. This cultivates a meditative quality to the yoga practice.

Paul Frechtling has been practising Ashtanga Yoga for over 17 years & teaching for more than 14. He trained with the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore India, and is a certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher. He teaches with care and understanding to slowly cultivate deeper awareness and encourage a daily practice.

Paul has studied Anatomy and Physiology to encourage greater body awareness, pranayama and meditation. He has worked with people with injuries and illnesses, and has personally found yoga to be very beneficial to his health.
